The Role

Are you a meticulous and dependable cleaner looking to join a friendly and supportive school community? We are currently seeking a dedicated cleaner to become an integral part of our housekeeping team.

Position Details:

• Role: School Cleaner
• Hours: 10 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM during term time
• Additional Hours: Some cleaning duties required during school holidays

Main Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in classrooms, offices, hallways, and other areas within the school premises.
• Ensure all restrooms are cleaned, sanitised, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas including the cafeteria and staff rooms.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the school administration.
• Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for students, staff, and visitors.
• Assist with special cleaning projects during school holidays as needed.
